We'd rather be clear up front. Here's how Auria works, what she can and can't do, how your data is handled, and the guardrails that keep regulated work safe.
Auria is an artificial-intelligence assistant, not a human being and not a licensed professional. When you speak with her — in the demo or in the product — you are interacting with software powered by large language models and voice technology. She is designed to be genuinely helpful and to sound natural, but she is a tool, and you should always understand her that way.
Nothing Auria says or produces is financial, investment, legal, tax, accounting, or medical advice, and using Auria does not create any advisory, fiduciary, attorney-client, or professional relationship. Auria is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, law firm, accounting firm, or healthcare provider.
Auria helps you and your team do your own work more efficiently — drafting, organizing, researching, remembering, following up. Any decision that carries financial, legal, tax, medical, or regulatory weight should be reviewed and confirmed by a qualified professional before you act on it.
AI can be wrong. Auria can occasionally produce information that is inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date, and she may misunderstand a request. Auria is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, and we do not guarantee that her output will be error-free or fit for any particular purpose.
You are responsible for reviewing Auria's work before relying on it. For anything sensitive or regulated — sending money, signing documents, giving advice, sending client communications — Auria can be configured to route the action through your review or approval before it happens, so a human stays in the loop on what matters.
Your data belongs to you. We handle it with that as the starting point:
To do her job, Auria passes information to trusted third-party service providers (see below) strictly to deliver the service to you. A full privacy policy describing exactly what we collect, why, and for how long is maintained separately; for any privacy question in the meantime, email privacy@meetauria.com.
Auria is voice-first. When you speak to her, your speech is converted to text and her replies are converted to speech so the conversation can work. If you use Auria to handle calls or communications with other people, you are responsible for any notice or consent those interactions require under the laws that apply to you and to them — including recording-consent and disclosure rules that vary by state and country.
Auria's compliance guardrails help you meet your obligations. They do not, by themselves, make you compliant, and they are not a substitute for your own compliance program, supervision, or professional judgment.
For regulated customers, Auria offers configurable policy packs — spanning securities (SEC / FINRA / Reg BI), advertising (FTC / UDAP), state rules, healthcare (HIPAA), insurance licensing, and privacy (GDPR / CCPA) — with features such as PII/PHI redaction, prohibited-advice blocking, supervised send, human-in-the-loop gates, an immutable archive for recordkeeping, and audit export.
These are powerful controls, but you remain responsible for your own regulatory obligations, for configuring the guardrails correctly for your firm, and for supervising how Auria is used. We do not warrant that use of Auria will satisfy any particular law, rule, or regulatory requirement.
Auria is built on trusted third-party technology, including AI models and voice services provided by companies such as Anthropic (language models) and ElevenLabs (voice), along with cloud infrastructure and payment processing partners. Your use of Auria is also subject to the applicable terms of those providers where relevant. We choose partners with strong security and privacy practices and share only what is needed to deliver the service.
Auria is an evolving product; features described on this site may be live, in active development, or on the roadmap, and capabilities may change over time as we improve the service. We may update these disclosures as the product and the applicable rules change; the "last updated" date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be reflected here.
Any outcomes, time savings, or examples described on this site are illustrative and not guarantees. Results depend on your business, how you use Auria, and factors outside our control.
If anything here is unclear, or you need specifics for your industry, we're glad to talk. Email hello@meetauria.com — for privacy and data questions, privacy@meetauria.com.
