Questions, answered

Everything you might want to ask Auria.

The short version: she's a voice-first assistant who learns your business and does the work. Here's the longer version.

The basics

What is Auria, really?

Auria is a voice-first AI assistant for people who run their own show — business owners, independent reps, agents, one-person operations. You talk to her the way you'd talk to a brilliant chief of staff, and she takes the work off your plate: drafting the follow-ups, prepping the meetings, chasing the paperwork, remembering every detail. She learns your business and gets things done — not just answers questions.

How is she different from ChatGPT, Siri, or a virtual assistant?

Those either answer questions (ChatGPT), set timers (Siri), or cost thousands a month and go home at 5 (a human VA). Auria does the actual work across your whole day, remembers everything forever, works around the clock, and does it hands-free in a real voice — after learning your business inside out. She's not a chatbot you prompt; she's an assistant who already knows what you need.

Is it really voice? Do I have to type?

It's voice-first — you speak, she speaks back, in a natural, premium voice. Typing is always there as a fallback when you're somewhere you can't talk, but the whole point is that you can just say what you need and keep moving.

Can I choose her voice?

Yes. You pick from a small, curated set of voices — the goal is that whichever you choose sounds genuinely real, never robotic. She's always premium; there's no watered-down version.

Pricing & getting started

What does Auria cost?

One plan, $149 a month, per person. No tiers to compare, no features locked behind an upgrade, no trial to forget to cancel. It includes the full voice experience, up to three workspaces, drag-and-drop training on your documents, every tool, and unlimited memory. Teams and enterprise have custom pricing — book a call.

Is there a free trial?

No free trial — but you can hear Auria before you pay a cent. The demo on the site lets you have a real conversation with her first. Meet her, then decide. You can cancel anytime.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. It's month to month. Cancel whenever you like — there's no contract and nothing to forget.

How she works

How does she learn my business?

Two ways. She asks — in a short onboarding conversation she gets to know what you do and where you need the most help. And you feed her — drag and drop your documents, templates, client files and notes, and she absorbs them. The more she learns, the more she sounds and acts like you.

What are workspaces?

Each workspace is a separate side of your world with its own training and memory — for example one for your main business and one for a side venture. Your plan includes up to three, so Auria keeps each part of your life cleanly separate.

What can she connect to?

Email, calendar, drive, the web, and more — so she can actually do the work, not just talk about it: send the follow-up, book the meeting, pull the file, look something up. New connections are added over time.

Does she work on my phone?

Yes — Auria is built to work wherever you are, including your phone, so you can hand her work while you're between meetings or in the car. A dedicated mobile experience is on the roadmap.

Does she ever make mistakes?

She's very capable, but like any assistant she isn't infallible — AI can occasionally get something wrong. That's why anything sensitive or regulated — sending money, signing, giving advice — can be routed through your review before it happens. You stay in control of the things that matter. See our disclosures for the details.

Teams, security & compliance

Can my whole team use Auria?

Yes. Teams get a shared knowledge base (train her once, every seat inherits it), seat management, a manager dashboard to track usage and activity, and pooled billing. It's how agencies and firms roll her out across everyone. Book a call to set it up.

Is my data private and secure?

Your data stays yours. It's isolated to your account, encrypted in transit, never sold, and never used to train anyone else's assistant. On team plans, each tenant's data is walled off from the others. For the full picture of how data is handled, see our disclosures.

I'm in a regulated industry. Can Auria stay compliant?

Compliance guardrails are an enterprise add-on built for exactly this. Configurable policy packs keep every conversation and action inside your industry's rules — securities (SEC/FINRA/Reg BI), advertising (FTC), state, healthcare (HIPAA), insurance, privacy (GDPR/CCPA) — with PII/PHI redaction, prohibited-advice blocking, supervised send, human-in-the-loop gates, and an audit trail to prove it. Your compliance officer stays in control; Auria enforces the policy automatically. Important: these are tools to help you meet your obligations, not a guarantee of compliance — you remain responsible for your own regulatory requirements. See disclosures.

Is Auria a financial, legal, or tax advisor?

No. Auria is an AI assistant, not a licensed professional, and nothing she produces is financial, investment, legal, tax, or medical advice. She's a powerful tool to help you and your team do your work — always confirm important decisions with a qualified professional. Full detail on our disclosures page.
